After meeting with two other contractors, I chose Out The Line Design for two reasons. 1. Unlike the GCs, Lana provided a 3D rendering for her proposed layout and served as a project manager supervising her own GC. 2. Cost was significantly lower than the GCs, which included her cost as a space planner, designer and project manager. She is also an absolute pleasure to work with. Quite talented and creative with the space layout and design. We could not be happier with what feels like a new construction home we’ve been living in for over 20 years! Don’t make any decisions until you meet her.

Lana held my hand through an entire home renovation! The project was not an easy one, as the home hadn’t been updated in over 30 years, but Lana used her expertise & strong work ethic to turn it into my dream home!
